Kathryn is currently on the OTA board as Vice Chair Membership and Regional Development. She volunteers for a number of committees including Governance and Membership. Her previous board position was Regional Chair representing Toronto. Kathryn was chair of Tennis Toronto, Chair of her local tennis club and on the board of a neighboring tennis club. Previous sports board positions includes: President of Karate Ontario, Vice President of Karate Canada.

In addition to sports, she has also been a board member for a number of not-for-Profit organizations including the Red Cross, The United Way and St John’s Ambulance. A major part of her professional life was spent in financial institutions in the Information Technology areas running large projects and programs. Kathryn worked in IT as a Senior Director of IT Program Management for financial institutions. She holds a BA and MBA with an interest in leadership and organizational governance.
